The room we booked was large and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, TV and AC was working, and bathroom was also working well. There was a small kitchen too but only with a kettle and a sink for washing dishes. The location for us was good and satisfied because it was the closest one with our friend's in Bangkok. The swimming pool facility in the third floor was also very good.

The only thing we dislike was the wifi facility. It was really complicated because only one device could get a chance to connect and it will be logout automatically after few hours. It's difficult for us because we stayed there in the same room, for 2 people with different devices.

Good location, walking distance to BITEC and BTS station. Nice and friendly staff. Free shuttle bus to BITEC makes it ideal when attending an exhibition/conference.

Is in a not very attractive neighbourhood.

Staff were very welcoming and efficient. My room was spacious and clean with wide glass windows. It has a kitchenette with big fridge and microwave.

Some lamps were busted. I hope they will change it with daylight luminescence LED lamps because its quite dark at night time. It takes time also before the water on the floor in the bathroom to drain.

It's quite far from everything but close enough from Siam ancient city that's the only reason why I choose that place

Rooms big and clean. Breakfast very tasty with good decent spread. Shuttle service during my stay to BITEC in the morning.

Great location

The Brighton Hotel is really cool and in the city local street "Bang Na". MRT is by food to go which is really cool. The pool is really cool and the staff is helpful.

Provide airport pickup

Staff Good, but restaurant staff must be more polite....

1. We are pure vegetarian and we wanted to carry Bread into our room the Hotel staff objected later they allowed. 2. I lost my New Apple Watch costing around 10000 THB.

The room was great and the bed no where near as HARD as most hotels, I managed to actually sleep on this one!

The WiFi system was not working, and on asking about it it appears that it has not been working for some time! In today's technology age having a working wi fi system is just as important as a functioning toilet!!

Very good staff. If this area of the city suits your travel this is a good choice. It is good for getting to the main airport in reasonable time. The hotel bus will take you for eleven hundred baht and is better than a local taxi. There is a nice pool on level three. Breakfast was a good choice of Asian and western food. Left out of the front door a short walk takes you to an open air restaurant which also has a small inside area too. You can see fish being grilled on the open section. Nobody speaks much English but the menu is illustrated so you can point to what you want. Right out of front door and walk a few metres. Take bridge over the road and walk back past the hotel on opposite side. Take narrow road right near the condominium and a five minute walk will take you to a Buddhist temple complex. There are also a few old properties which are a reminder of how this area looked thirty years ago before the city expanded to this area. Be careful walking and do not attempt to cross the road except by the bridges. Thailand has the worst road safety in the world so don’t take risks.

First night was in a room overlooking the main road at the front. If you are assigned one then ask to be moved! This is SE Asia and the traffic runs at high volume 24 hours a day. I got a move next day to the back and it was really peaceful. Rooms 706, 906 etc are at the back.

Friendly staff. Excellent housekeeping.

Shuttle services not regular e.g. no service on Sunday due to no driver working in Sunday even though Expo was still on. Muslim guests can only have bread, cereal and eggs plus fruits. Quite limited. No Bangkok map and train map available for guests as guide to travel around the city.

Location close to BITEC. Thats all.

Croacoches in room. We had booked a two room higher floor suite. The room facing the main road was a diaster as it had construction trucks running all night as it close to the oil refinery. However, the lady allow to help change to lower floor room facing the back. Helps a bit. Room was old and towels are grey, no amenities. Bed sheets have stained and some drawers and wall paint are falling. For a room rate of US450 for three pax with two rooms and breakfast, we may not expect much anyhow and only it is close to BITEC for work reason. Or even if its free, dont even think of it.

4star rating with 3star facilities , poor location ,poor breakfast and rooms and facilities were not of a 4star hotel, staffs were good and helpful

I can go to Bitec and Bangna BTS sky train on foot but a little far away from the hotel.

The driver who drove us to BITEC daily, is a real gem. He is courteous and very helpful, and goes over and above his duty. As a single woman traveling alone, he really cares about our safety.

I wish it was a bit easier to get to the SkyTrain. The walk back in the dark is a little scary, but I do not believe you can do much about it. I had a choice of a taxi too, but I chose the Skytrain.

The location was near the exhibition (BITEC) but actually quite complicated to reach. Nothing much around. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Staff was very helpful, room was huge and clean.
